Bahan - Bahan :
- fried tempeh :
- 3 cloves garlic
- pinch of salt
- water
- 1 piece tempeh, cut it, and make a tiny slice on the surface
- Chicken Stock:
- 1/4 kg chicken wing
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 clove onion
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- pinch of sugar
- carrot
- grean beans
- cabbages
- potato
- persley
- onion leaves
Cara Membuat :
- How to make chicken stock: clean the chicken wings, put in on into a stock pot. Add finely crushed onion and garlic into the pot and put some salt and pepper.Cover with water.
- Bring to a boil and immediately reduce heat to bring the stock to barely a simmer. occasionally skimming off any foam that comes to the surface.
- Add potato and carrot first, let it soft. Than add the rest vegetable inside. Bring to a boil.
- Correct the flavor by adding some pepper, salt and sugar
- Fried Tempeh: in other hand,while you boil the soup you can prepare fried tempeh
- Just like i said before, cut the tempeh and make a tiny slice in the surface of tempeh. Soak the tempeh for at least 5 minutes in the water+ finely crushed garlic + salt. I love to use a lot garlic and salt, it makes the tempeh more savory
- Fried the tempeh on deep fry mode until the color turn into gold brown color.
- Served the chicken soup along with fried tempeh and hot rice. Simply and worth it for my week end and my lil family
